Green Caravan insurance
A caravan insurance scheme has been developed to offset carbon produced by caravan holidays. A study has shown that caravanners are some of the most eco-concious UK holidaymakers, and this sparked inspiration behind the idea. Customers of Towergate Bakers can be further friendly to the environment thanks to a couple of their initiatives.
Firstly the policy is bought online, which means no need for paperwork. As well as this, the insurance provider has figured out how much carbon is produced by caravanners. For each customer, the company will invest money in renewable energy and forestry projects around the world. This will be in conjunction with theCarbon Neutral Company.
